At El Nopalito Vegan Taqueria, we are passionate about serving authentic 100% vegan Mexican cuisine to our customers. The vision of El Nopalito was born over 4 years ago when our founder, Chef Sandra, was inspired by her children as they became vegan. Sandra veganized her traditional Mexican dishes, thus planting the seed of El Nopalito.
Finally, we opened our small family business at Yellow Green Farmers Market in February 2023. Alongside her family, Chef Sandra joyously brings the flavors from her hometown of Mexico City to the South Florida community.
We believe that food is more than just sustenance. It's an experience that brings people together. We strive to create an atmosphere where diners can enjoy delicious food and great company, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
We are committed to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes. From our vegan proteins to our handmade tortillas, everything at El Nopalito Vegan Taqueria is made with care and attention to detail.
Our tortilla chips are all natural and GF with no preservatives, artificial coloring, or additives.
Choose a side of pico de gallo, guacamole, or cheese sauce.
Tortilla chips, black beans, cheese sauce, and choice of soy protein (chicken, chicharron, or chorizo) or portobello mushrooms. Topped with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and fresh jalapeños.
All tacos are served on a handmade corn tortilla with your choice of salsa.

Beefy marinated king oyster mushroom with melted mozzarella cheese, cilantro, and onion on a handmade corn tortilla. Served with chile rojo salsa and birria broth for dipping.
Grilled seitan steak with grilled spring onion, topped with cactus salad and avocado. Served with your choice of salsa on the side.
